Upon selecting a pattern, click the settings button at the bottom right. Choose your colors for the meteor and inner design. Set the speed you want to breath, choose music, save and push play.

Guided Breathing Exercises
Box Pattern
Box breathing is commonly used when people are under heavy stress and in fight-or-flight mode to manage stress and restore breathing to its normal rhythm. This technique is also relevant for anyone interested in realigning themselves or improving their concentration.
Energizing Pattern
Energizing Breath increases oxygenation of the blood and increases energy. Traditionally, this technique involves inhaling quickly and deeply for two seconds and then exhaling quickly for two seconds.
3-6-9 Pattern
This breathing pattern is an excellent tool for reducing anger or frustration while creating a feeling of calmness throughout the body by using deep, rhythmic breathing. It may also help ease you into sleep. Traditionally, the 3-6-9 breathing technique involves breathing in for 3 seconds, holding the breath for 6 seconds, and exhaling for 9 seconds.
2:4 Pattern
2-4 breathing is an exercise where you breathe out for twice as long as you inhale. Breathe in deep for two counts, then breathe out slowly for four counts. 2-4 breathing decreases nerve activity in the sympathetic nervous system, which arouses the body for fight, flight, physical activity, and exertion. It increases the influence of the parasympathetic nervous system, which regulates the relaxation response.
